Celtic Beear

This pair features 2 archetypal creatures depicting the Struggle for a beautiful, bountiful future: the Bear and the Bee. Other symbols such as knots and flowers are explained below.

BEAR

The Mama Bear plays role as both 1.) loving, nurturing Defender of her flesh and blood Cubs to help them safely cross the environmental Waters of Chaos (inanimate, i.e. natural threats), and 2.) disciplined, furious Attacker (inside of Left shoe, i.e. restrained, not repressed, inner Beast ) of the foreign aggressor to their safety (conscious, i.e. malevolent threats).

BEE

The Bee Mother protects the Tree of Life—its Roots representing our ancestral Heroes, the Branches our future Posterity, the Trunk our current Struggle in connecting the chain of life that could be. To maintain the living Blutbaum, she must willingly gift her own blood (see Embryoes contained in tree). Even at one’s most lionhearted apex, no Man can fulfill the courageous, submissive, trusting responsibility of bestowing one’s life and service as the willing Mother.

In this depiction, the “bee-bread”-winner (pollen as protein; nectar, transformed into the eternal food, honey, to nourish the living collective) Male retrieves resources for the Female to participate in this primordial and ever-so-vital process.

Male and Female, their roles are different, but are woven together through the Infinity Love Knot, becoming stronger together than alone.

LOGOS

Through the complementarity of that relationship, and its procreative fruit (see Trinity Knot at the Sacrum), the Natural Order of existence starts to make more sense. Through each other’s eyes, through Truthful speech (Tongue [Lingua, Language, LOGOS] of shoe), the two can better approach the living LOGOS that governs reality, transcending us from the muck, to the heavenly realm of the infinite (see Three Leaf Clover from Swamp to Morning Sunlit Sky), i.e. higher consciousness (as expressed by the Pineal Gland [Pine Cone] found within the illuminated Brain and Central Nervous System on Right shoe).

Eternity

We are tempted to find ourselves as inexperienced, isolated inheritors of this ancient Struggle for Existence—for Prosperity—for Conservation of what is good, beautiful and true. We may be tempted to cower to the creeping contagion of selfish nihilism, be it in denial to the works of the Divine Hand, or in denial of the existence of our real and distinct People worthy of nurturing and protecting. We are reminded by the Calendula flower (Calendulae—i.e. full Calendar year [and infinity knots]) that We have been bred and adapted by war, famine, and winter (immune booster in times of harsh cold) for eternally blooming and tenacious rebellion to the false promise of the Nothing; We build cultures in spite of the forces against us.

Please enjoy this pair dedicated to the LOGOS.
